Here we have compiled all the advice centers of the student council & department of mathematics, as well as the general contact points of the university.
Consulting
Just like you, we are math students who are there to help you with any questions you may have about your studies or individual modules. We are also the first point of contact between students and lecturers.
The Department of Mathematics at TU Dortmund University consists of numerous employees who work in research, teaching and administration. The General Students' Committee (AStA) supports you with many extracurricular questions and challenges during your studies. Have a look at the AStA website or contact their counseling services directly.
The Studierendenwerk offers comprehensive support for students. It provides advice on housing, food and BAföG and helps financially with emergency aid. Psychological counseling is also offered and children are looked after in the Studierendenwerk's daycare center. Further information can be found on the Studierendenwerk website.
